An off-world colony in meltdown, and the quarantine that holds it together.

It's 3077. The colony was built to last a century. It lasted forty years before the reactor experiment.
Now the city is cut into quarantine zones. The Slums, where new subjects wake. The Sprawl, the crowded hub. The Underbelly under the streets. The Archive, where the records are kept. And the Reactor, which nobody goes near unless they have to.
The quarantine authority keeps order, mostly. Crackdowns, curfews and riots come and go. Everyone is watched.
