- Practice. Drives a fridge with wheels.

- First money race on the drain strip.
- The Sprawl Ghost
- Nobody’s seen the driver. Only the tail lights.
- Wall Queen
- Runs the quarantine wall every night for fun.
- Reactor Saint
- Glows faintly. Has never lost. Allegedly.
Racing creatures
- Glow Hound
- Six legs, two of them useful.
- Sewer Strider
- Long, wet, fast in a straight line.
- Reactor Roach
- The size of a dog. Will outlive us all.
- Three-Eyed Jack
- Sees the finish before the others.
- Mud Lurcher
- Bred in the drains. Hates daylight.
- Static Cat
- Crackles when it runs. Don’t pet it.
- Wall Goat
- Climbed the quarantine wall once. Came back.
- Fog Runner
- Nobody sees it run. It just arrives.
- Pipe Eel
- Technically not legal on dry land.
- Old Rusty
- Mostly metal now. Very steady.
- Skitterling
- Small. Angry. Surprisingly quick.
- Big Mother
- Slow to start, impossible to stop.
