- Crackdown
- Armoured patrols sweep the blocks. Organised jobs and smuggling are off the table.
- Acid rain
- The sky is falling, and it stings. Travel slows; staying outside hurts.
- Power outage
- The grid is down. Shops and gyms are dark; looting is easier.
- Rad fog
- A green haze rolls out of the reactor vents.
- Riot
- Too many bodies, not enough air. The district boils over; checkpoints seal.
- Quarantine lockdown
- City-wide: every checkpoint closes while the scanners recalibrate.
