Districts, travel and events
The quarantine zones, moving between them, and the events that change them.
The city is split into quarantine districts. Each has its own crimes, shops, facilities and search grid, and its own personality: small bonuses or penalties while you're there.
Travel
Moving between districts takes real time and sometimes a fare. While travelling you can read and chat but not act.
Events
Riots, crackdowns, acid rain, outages. Events change what's possible, where, and for how long. Some close roads; some make crime pay better (or worse). The strip under the HUD shows what's on.
